1. Introduction

By downloading and using Takan (the "App") and its connected web services — money.skipday.io and market.skipday.io (collectively, the "Services") — you agree to these terms. The App is an Android Launcher designed to replace your device's home screen. The Services are web-based tools accessible from within the App.

2. Purchases & Payments

The App offers an optional "Paid Version" or premium features unlocked via In-App Purchases.

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through the Google Play Store. We do not directly handle your financial information.
• Billing Library: We use the official Android Billing Client to manage licenses and transactions.
• Refunds: Refunds are subject to the standard Google Play Store refund policies.
• License Check: The App may periodically check with Google Play services to verify your license status for paid features.

3. User Data & Cloud Sync

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of your data (bookmarks, notes).
• Google Drive: When you use the Cloud Sync feature, you authorize the App to read/write specific files in your personal Google Drive account. This action is performed via official APIs with your explicit consent.
• Liability: Skipday is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or accidental deletion of files in your Google Drive.

3A. Connected Web Services

The App provides access to the following web services. Both require sign-in via Google Firebase Authentication.

money.skipday.io — Personal Money Tracking

• Purpose: A personal finance tracking tool for recording income, expenses, and budgets.
• Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of all financial data you input into money.skipday.io.
• Data Storage: Your data is stored on our secure server-side database, linked to your Google account.
• Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter. Skipday does not provide financial advice.
• Data Deletion: You may request full deletion of your money.skipday.io data at any time by contacting us.
• Liability: Skipday is not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on data displayed in money.skipday.io. The service is a personal tracking tool, not a financial advisor.

market.skipday.io — Trading Quiz Game

• Purpose: An educational and entertainment game featuring quizzes based on historical market data.
• No Real Trading: market.skipday.io is purely a game. No real money, cryptocurrency, or financial instruments are traded. All trading scenarios are simulated using historical data.
• Not Financial Advice: Quiz results, scores, and game outcomes do not constitute financial advice or recommendations.
• Fair Play: You agree not to manipulate, exploit, or automate interactions with the quiz system.

4. Advertising

The free version of the App may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you acknowledge and consent to the display of these ads.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App (unless allowed by law).
• Bypass or tamper with the Billing/Licensing verification systems.
• Republish or redistribute the App or its assets.

6. Intellectual Property & Branding

Protected Assets: The brand names "SKIPDAY" and "TAKAN", along with our logos, visual assets, codes, and original designs, are the intellectual property of Skipday.

• No Usage Without Permission: You may not use our logos, branding, or assets for your own projects, marketing, or commercial use without our explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that it will be compatible with every Android device or version.
